Everyone was on hand at Ringpower for the 2023 OS Christmas Show, where the guys gave away over $50,000 in prizes! Not only were the giveaways happening for three hours straight, but there were lots of great stories, including the greatest story in the history of the Outdoors Show…as told this year by the man behind the madness Grandpa Jimmy!
As always, there was a lot of great fishing, hunting and food discussion happening…and Mother Nature was a lady, holding back the wind and rain for the entire show!
- Here’s your L.V. Hiers gear tip of the week: Now is a good time to sharpen knives. Use Hagan Ace Hardware’s Resharp machine to get them ready for the next fishing trip while the weather is bad.
- Here’s your Ring Power CAT tip of the week: Fiddlers are hard to come by and make excellent Sheepshead bait. Buy an extra quart or two and keep them alive in the garage. Place them in a rubbermaid plastic container with damp towels soaked in salt water with a small lamp. They will stay alive for a week or two.
