Of course, with Christmas in the rear view, all of us talked about our Christmases, good gifts and great times with family.

Here’s your Kirbyco Builders Inc. cooking tip of the week. To finish off a smoked spiral ham to get that perfect outer glaze… use strawberry, peach or your favorite jam! Once it’s done… place a pan under the ham. Smother the ham with the contents of the jar and then turn the heat up to caramelize the ham on the outside. Jeff used a mix of strawberry and peach. DELISH!!
