OS 1205: A Good Time for a Little Bit of Everything

There was a lot of ground to cover with the guys, mainly because of all the interesting happenings with the weather. Jeff had a chance to do some controlled burning in GA, while Kevin and Kirk had some pretty interesting – and a little frustrating – fishing experiences.

Of course, everybody talked a lot about food…probably because Chef Gordon hooked them up with another gourmet breakfast!

And finally, the guys tipped a cap to Tony Boselli, who was selected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Way to go, Big Bo!

Here’s your L.V. Hiers gear tip of the week: Portable heating lunch box $29.00. You can put leftovers into it to heat up lunchtime on the go in your truck or boat. A neighbor got it for Captain Kirk at a Loves Super Truck Stop.

Here’s your Ring Power CAT tip of the week: If you have the capability to get in really skinny water now is time to fish WAY back on the creeks. The water temperature is still very cold and the reds have not made their way out of the creeks. The best tide is low incoming and follow the creek all the way back until you find fish!!

Here’s your Kirbyco Builders Inc. cooking tip of the week: Listen in as the guys share their favorite Super Bowl appetizers! Fritters, Vodka, Chicken Wings and Cowboy Caviar.
