Here’s your Kirbyco Builders Inc. cooking tip of the week:
Muffin Pan Pizza
Muffin pan
Pizza Dough( Publix)
Pizza Sauce (Publix)
Pepperoni ( Venison Sausage works)
Mozzarella Cheese
Olive oil
Coffee mug
Take the muffin pan and lightly coat with olive oil to keep dough from sticking. Roll the premade pizza dough from Publix into a thin sheet. (flour on the surface will keep it from sticking) Use the coffee mug to cut circles out in the dough. Place a circle of dough in each muffin tin hole. Add a tablespoon of pizza sauce , add a generous portion of cheese and then add your desired Portion of pepperoni or sausage if you prefer. Bake at 325 for approximately 15 minutes being careful not to burn it. Serve
Note: Bbq sauce can be substituted as can cooked chicken to make bbq chicken pizza
