Here’s your Kirbyco Builders Inc. cooking tip of the week: Captain Kirk’s Carrot Soufflé
2-3 lbs carrots
1 stick of butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbs flour
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
Peel carrots and cut into cubes. Steam till soft.
Blend in all ingredients in a mixer or cuisinart till creamy. Bake in a greased 9×9 in shallow dish @350 for 45 mins. Pecans and Marshmallows can be added if you like. Enjoy!
