Miso & Coconut Aminos marinated Sea Bass:
4-6 large filets of sea bass (skin off)
1 1/2 cups coconut aminos
1 TBSP coconut sugar
2 TBSP white miso paste
Whisk together the coconut aminos, sugar and miso paste. Pour over fish (patted dry) and marinate for 24 hours.
Use a cast iron skillet on medium high heat with avocado oil and sear the fish for 3 minutes on each side. Take it off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite sides.
