Jeff’s Jaguars duties have officially commenced for the new season, so he was out of town for the first preseason game. With Jeff gone, Fishing Forecast co-host Capt. Scott Shank rolled into the studio to talk with Capt. Kevin and Capt. Kirk about the major topic of the week: THE HEAT.
