Whether you call it “nor’easter” or “northeaster”, everybody was calling it a welcome change from the weather has been doing. Great fishing and fun, with lots of stories about it.

- Here’s your Ring Power CAT tip of the week: St. Augustine is a much better inlet to fish during a Northeaster. You can easily cast net mullet in Salt Run and fish out of the wind at Porpoise Point. The docks and bridges should be on fire this weekend!
- Here’s your KirbyCo Builders’ Cooking Tip of the Week: Tera’s Tomato Pie
– Slice your tomatoes in the morning. Sprinkle with salt. Put them out on paper towels to get the moisture out all day. Flip a few times throughout the day with new paper towels.– Use a deep dish pie crust (Tera uses premade) and put it in the oven for about 10 mins at 350 to get bottom done.– Combine a cup of shredded cheese, 1/2 cup dukes mayo and a 1/2 cup sour cream together.– Caramelize a sweet onion and when done mix in a few pieces of cooked/chopped bacon.– Layer tomatoes, onion mix in the pie pan until it’s all gone. Spread the cheese mixture on top of tomatoes.– Bake at 350 until it’s done (about 40 mins)Enjoy!!
